We require a 48 hour notice for Holiday boarding and a non refundable 25% deposit due at time of reservation. There will be a Holiday Surcharge of an additional $8.00 per day/per animal for the following Holidays (including day before and following weekend of the Holiday): New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

After Hours pick-up/drop off service
For your convenience, Furry Haven offers after-hours service with secure entry using a unique 4-digit code. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that life can be unpredictable and will do our best to accommodate last-minute needs. After hours emergency contact number 385-487-2506.

What do I need to bring for boarding my pet?
For any animal we recommend bringing their preferred type of food as well as treats if you wish them to have them and anything that is special to them such as a blanket or stuffed toy (please no tennis balls or raw hides due to choking hazards). All dogs who are boarded at Furry Haven are given a blanket, personal dog bowl and we are happy to provide a high grade food for your animal if needed. If your pet requires medication, please provide this as well and we will be happy to administer to them as needed.
Are there pet cams that I can check on my pet?
No, but we do send pictures and videos daily.
can you help with vaccines?
We’re able to provide all necessary vaccinations except for the Rabies vaccine, which must be administered by your personal veterinarian.
What's your cancelation policy?
We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and offer appointments to other clients on our waitlist.

I have had to board my animals when we have vacations and work that takes us away from home. Furray Haven, by far has been the best the best place I have found in the Bountiful area to board my dogs. Are dogs were happy and playful when we pick them up. The employees there are very friendly and very helpful. Even when we called, they were very kind and responded affirmative about the status of our dogs. Will use them every time from now on.

I tried out Furry Haven for the dog grooming (and yes, they even groom cats). They were so great to work with; kind, patient, asked questions about my dogs and clarified grooming needs. I really loved the staff and would give them 10 stars if I could. The best part is that the grooming was done early and they let the pups play in the daycare section until I could pick them up. They were so happy! They looked and smelled great, enjoyed stretching their legs and had pleasant staff! Definitely recommend them!

We loved our experience at Furry Haven. I called last minute before going out of town and I’m so glad I did. The owner’s are amazing and genuinely care about you and your pets. The facilities are super clean and the amenities perfect. They really have thought of everything to make it as pleasant a stay for you and your pets. Our two puppies came back super happy. Our kids also loved receiving photos of the puppies (under 2 yrs old). Couldn’t recommend them enough. Facilities are brand new and the ownership amazing!! Give them a call you’ll be glad you did. Also, they have after hours pickup and are super easy to get to and find. Will definitely be going back!!
